MercuryHouseOne the Futuristic Mobile Home of the Future

MercuryHouseOne is an mobile home with futuristic looks and packed with self-sustained systems that makes it a viable home to have anywhere you want. This house has a minimalist size, and it is powered by solar cells, and decked with cutting-edge entertainment systems. Architecture and Vision is responsible for making this on the road home, which was first released at Venice Biennale.

The first impression you have when you see this mobile house, you will compare it with something from out of space, an alien ship. Rounded design, with large windows, makes it similar to an bug, but that metal ramp (solar cells) is looking like a space ship loading bay. The exterior of the MecuryHouseOne is covered in white, irregular marble tiles.

At night the mobile home changes it's appearance, with clear view inside and flashing lights on it's base.

Although it is not a big house, 10 people can easily fit inside. The door has an vertical hydraulic system that makes the access to the house more futuristic.

Here it looks like an alien invasion :)

The solar panel cells

As you can see, MercuryHouseOne is not so big compared to a normal house, it's about the size of an regular sized RV.

Simplistic interiors, with a lot of round windows that make the natural light go inside.

The lighting on an snowy mountain area can be very different compared to normal living areas. With this mobile house you can enjoy your vacations like you never have.

The house attracts people instantly when installed in any place.

Going fishing will never be the same after you take the MercuryHouseOne to the lake.

Single Bedroom Apartment With a Blend of Modern and Old-school Design

The guys at int2architecture outdone themselves with this great looking single bedroom condo, making this apartment, that is only 69 square meter or 742 square foot, look pleasant and bigger than it actually is. Every piece of decoration chosen fits perfectly together, in this apartment located in Minsk, Belarus.

The living room consists of an old school sofa, and an entertainment system. The leather chair is a nice touch and ads a old feeling to the room. The floor is made of wood and in the middle you there is a small glass coffee table.

This closeup shows the simple leather chair and the entertainment system, which includes even a xbox.

The textile sofa with assorted pillows and the simple coffee table.

The bedroom is optimized as well, with storage drawers under the bed, and a clean glass wall lets the natural light come into the room.

A small nightstand, with an army look is next to the bed, and above it hangs to 1900s looking lights.

The interior of the bedroom is spiced with and painted girl on a wooden wall that gives a final touch to the bedroom's design.

The balcony is covered in wood, and has large windows. On the wall there is a vertical bike stand and in the middle a small wood table and two chairs.

There is also a working space, next to the bedroom, where a simple desk is installed and a futuristic chair.

My only critic to this apartment is the rug in the living room, it feels cheap and I don't see it blending with the rest of the room, but maybe it was a request of the owner...

Futuristic Lake House, with an Square Design

This architectural masterpiece made by Fedorova is placed right next to a lake. The architecture chosen for this house is plain simple and straight lines, combined with squares and rectangle shapes. It has massive windows all over and at night time it looks very impressing

The house is made from two parts, one of them being the main living area and the annex building has and indoors pool. The outside is covered in turf, to blend together with the surroundings of the lake. The middle part of the house has an massive glass wall  trough you can see the interior design of the house.

The side of the house has white walls and wood decorations and at the bottom floor there is a with an 8 person table in the middle, so you can enjoy the fresh air and the view of the lake

The other side has a secondary door to access the house and some nice light spots on the wall next to it.

The inside of the house doesn't disappoint either. It has an mid century feel, nothing fancy besides the fireplace in the middle of the living room.

The back side of the house, where you can see the second terrace on the top floor.
