"Real Estate Snitch Wednesdays'"- Amare Stoudemire

The Real estate snitch is all over this real estate today!!!We have basketball players selling homes, buying homes, I just can’t keep up, we have another player not feeling the pinch of the NBA lockout  or should I say when the lockout was on didn’t appear to be worried” I aint hatin” hey if you got it!! don’t knock it just go ahead and buy it!!! Apparently Amare Stoudemire bought what looks like a slam dunk of house or should I say MC Mansion in Southwest Ranches, FL last month. The 14,555 square foot home sits on a 2.35 acre lot, features
six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a nine-car garage. It looks like Amare is very smart and savvy when it comes to spending his money it seems that he had his Realtor put the smack down on the negotiations of this Mansion because TMZ has reported that he paid about a million less than the original asking price. Hmmm that aint no dumb play, he hit that shot from waaaay back that wasn’t a 3 pointer that was a full court shot 6 pointers if there is such a thing. All I can say is WOW what a amazing beautiful home. I think if you can afford to spend $3.7 million on a new house this is the home to do it with. I say smart move Amare enjoy your Mansion I am not mad at you this is a slaaaam dunk of a home. 

So tell me what you think is this home worth the 3.7 million he paid for it or should realtor bargained to pay a million less

Real Estate Snitch Wednesdays’-Jason Kidd

The Real Estate Snitch is snitchen again and this time I'm snitching on The Kidd!!!
(Jason Kidd) that is!!
Jason Kidd plays guard for the Dallas Mavericks team who won the 2011 championship the Kidd has listed his home at the Azure condo project in Dallas, Texas. Jason purchased the 2,607 square foot unit back in 2008 for just under $1.5 million.  Looks like the Kidd is putting the lock on this home because he is now selling for $1.595 million it seems that Kidd has taken the advice of his real estate agent not to go much higher than what he purchased the condo for he is only asking
$95,000 more of what he paid for it. I guess that was a smart move considering today’s market. I must say that the Snitch is nonetheless impressed with the Kidd's determination to get his property sold. Check out his impressive condo.
